The following document describes which personal data is collected by the NavManager app, how it is collected and how it is processed.
This document only describes the handling of data collected by the NavManager app. The data collected by the purchased devices that are displayed in the app are not part of this privacy policy and are dealt with in a separate statement.

To use the app, you need an account on our system and an internet connection to access the data. The app replaces the familiar web interface and uses the same encrypted data connection. Every activated user account can also be used in the app.
For security and maintenance reasons, all access to the API is logged on the server side. The data collected are:
The log files are automatically deleted after 31 days.
When using the “Stay Logged in” options, a connection is created for the used device and the user account on the server side and, if not used, stored for a maximum of 90 days. You can delete this connection at any time by simply logging out of the app on your device.
For performance reasons, device data may be temporarily stored on the end device. This data is automatically deleted when the user logs out or the data is no longer necessary.
You have the right to receive information, free of charge, at any time about the origin, recipient and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to request the correction, blocking or deletion of this data. For this and other questions about data protection, you can contact us at any time at the address given in the legal notice. Furthermore, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
